<p align="LEFT">The 2010 World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines for semiological examinations describe standard, additional tests and tests of scientific value and analyze in detail different situations and possible errors. This paper gives an abstract of the WHO guidelines, a concise protocol for using the standard methods of a spermiolofic examination, and a number of commentaries that reflect the alternative view of a number of problems.</p><em></em>
