Coal mine accidents belong to the category of crisis basically. In the process of coal mine emergencies and emergency rescue, there were unclear priorities and prioritized chaos. This paper applies “4R” crisis management theory, discusses the guiding significance of crisis management for solving coal mine emergencies, and guides the guidance role of coal mine on-site emergency rescue process. It shows the applicability of “4R” crisis management mode to coal mine emergency management.
