Deskripsi
The appropriate vascularization and anti-inflammatory play an important role in wound healing. Currently, the balance of anti-inflammatory and promoting suitable vascularization for accurate wound healing is still a key issue in this field. The positive factors of controlled release, suitable thermal environment, desired structure, and composition can provide an ideal comprehensive strategy for this problem. Herein, we prepared near-infrared (NIR)-responsive MXene nanofibers and hydrogel double structure system (MNFs@DFOM-H@AC) with two types of positive factors loading, deferoxamine mesylate (DFOM) and acetylsalicylic acid (AC), respectively. The excellent photothermal effect of MNFs@DFOM-H@AC could better meet the complicated needs for accurate healing wounds. Importantly, two factors integrated their respective advantages for wound healing without scarring. Moreover, the photothermal effect can regulate effectively control DFOM release, meanwhile without harming the skin, to effectively limit excessive angiogenesis. Additionally, AC released from the hydrogel can regulate the immune micro-environment at the wound site, and achieve anti-inflammatory and appropriate vascularization. Therefore, we believe that the prepared double structure system has promising application in wound healing field.
