Deskripsi
Bismuth-rich strategy can enhance the photocatalytic ability of bismuth oxyhalide, but it is still challenging to develop an efficient synthesis approach. Herein, Bi3O4Br-M ultrathin nanosheets were synthesized by rapid room-temperature mechanically assisted ionic liquid method. Compared to Bi3O4Br-S, Bi3O4Br-M strengthens the photogenerated charge separation through tensile-strain, thus promoting the large-scale generation of active species. The photo-degradation performance of Bi3O4Br-M for rhodamine B and tetracycline are 90.21% and 65.53% respectively, 3.0 and 6.1 times higher than bulk sample. This work offers an efficient macro preparation way to provide photocatalysts for further treatment of organic dyes and antibiotic wastewater.
