The aim of this research is to shed light on the emotional stability  for students in Al-Anbar university according to the gender and specialization The sample of this research consists of 400 students from Al-Anbar university for humanitarian and scientific specialization . 200 students are males and 200 females.  The researcher used the standard of emotional stability for Hamdan 2010 which is used in the college of education / Qazza/palestine . As far as the items of this  standard are close to the Iraqi culture, the researcher depends on it in his current research. .  After analyzing and processing data  , the results show that students in Al-Anbar university have emotional stability and for the benefit of the humanitarian specialization and female gender.
