Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in pregnant women is rare; however, a recurrence of the disease is followed by rapid lesion progression during pregnancy. We experienced a case in which HCC recurred during pregnancy and rapidly worsened. After delivery at 33 weeks, she underwent chemotherapy and made a good progress.
