The purpose of this paper is to study the investment environment in Gia Lai to suggest policies to improve the province’s investment environment. With the data from directly surveyed 730 enterprises in Gia Lai in the year 2014, and using descriptive statistic analysis, the result shows that the enterprises in the province appreciate highly the elements of investment environment such as the investment policies in the province which are more attractive than in other provinces, the road network, the authority willingness to improve the investment environment, the easy access to materials, the appropriate issued policies, the less time consuming implementation of public procedure of land, the low informal costs, the easy access to the province’s information of land and investment favour, the infrastructure development strategies, the agricultural land planning, the authorities who give active assistance to enterprises, the agricultural development strategies, the support policies for enterprises to gain access to bank loans, and the electricity supply system for business.
