This article presents a research of technological development, in the postgraduate area of Medical Education, at the Provincial Teaching Clinical Surgical Hospital, León Cuervo Rubio in Pinar del Río with the objective of elaborating a sy stem of teaching aids for the basic clinic integration of the cerebrovascular diseases. Developing capabilities of clinical reasoning on scientific bases will enable the system of teaching aids on the cerebrovascular diseases that uses technologies of info rmation technology and the communications, to the students, favoring the developing learning relat ed with the transference of content of the basic biomedical subjects of study bas ed on m orphologically and functionally clinical situations.
