Our aim is to discuss the similarity solutions to the MHD flow over a stretching impermeable surface in an electrically conducting fluid in the free stream for non-Newtonian power-law fluid flows. The interest is to examine the existence and non-existence of solutions and to investigate the influence of the parameters via numerical solutions obtained with Chebyshev spectral method.
