Workplace happiness and sharing knowledge affect the creativity and working efficiency: The study for pharmacists in pharmaceutical companies in Ho Chi Minh City

To research workplace happiness and share knowledge that affects pharmacists' creativity and working efficiency in pharmaceutical companies in Ho Chi Minh City, the topic combines qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research is conducted through a survey of related research, building an initial research model, and then using group discussion techniques to adjust the research scale. Quantitative research is carried out through SmartPLS software, which is used to analyze the linear structural model. The research results show that the influence of the factors in the research model is in the following order: Knowledge sharing has the strongest and positive influence on Creativity at work; Knowledge sharing has the second strongest influence and the same direction on Work Efficiency; Happiness in the workplace has the third strongest influence and has the same direction on Creativity at work; Creativity at work has the fourth strongest influence and the same direction on Work Performance and finally, Happiness in the workplace has the fifth most substantial influence and the same direction on Work Performance. The research results propose managerial implications of workplace happiness, knowledge sharing, and work Creativity for pharmacists' effectiveness.
