Based on the analysis of all kinds of interference changes and rules in the water temperature observation data of Yong’an well，it is concluded that the significant influences on the data are the atmospheric precipitation and the surface lateral supply，air pressure，instrument failure，human interference，and seismic response caused by the precipitation，etc. Finally，some discussions and suggestions are put forward.
