This review aims to present Michael Sandel’s book Liberalism and the limits of justice, which belongs to the context of communitarian criticism to the liberalism of John Rawls. Thus, the main arguments raised by Sandel against a defense by Rawls of the priority of the just in relation to the good were outlined.
