<p/> <p>We show that the function <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2010-392431-i1.gif"/></inline-formula> is strictly logarithmically completely monotonic on <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2010-392431-i2.gif"/></inline-formula> if and only if <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2010-392431-i3.gif"/></inline-formula> and <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2010-392431-i4.gif"/></inline-formula> is strictly logarithmically completely monotonic on <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2010-392431-i5.gif"/></inline-formula> if and only if <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2010-392431-i6.gif"/></inline-formula>.</p>
