<p>Abstract</p> <p>We prove a regularity criterion <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2008-412678-i1.gif"/></inline-formula> for weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations in three-space dimensions. This improves the available result with <inline-formula> <graphic file="1029-242X-2008-412678-i2.gif"/></inline-formula>. </p>
