The research aims at the following: Build a test that measures explosive power with a distinctive arm in a volleyball game. The standard test measures explosive power with the distinctive arm of the volleyball game. Setting the standard levels to test the explosive power of the distinctive arm in the volleyball game. The sample of the research included the volleyball beginners aged (14-16) years in the province of Erbil, the researcher chose the sample in a deliberate manner, represented by (in the youth centers in the province of Erbil) and the number of (106) players for volleyball. The researcher used the descriptive method, and used a number of devices, tools and means of data collection and statistical analysis and reached the full specifications of the test to measure the explosive power of the distinctive arm in the game of volleyball where scientific transactions are available from the validity and stability and objectivity recommended by the researcher to use in measuring the explosive power of players (Beginners) in volleyball.
