This paper aims to analyse and evaluate the business administration curriculum of the Hochiminh City Open University in comparasion with its of other universities in Ho Chi Minh City and some countries in the world. Student opinion - based survey of curriculum evaluation was implemented in some universities of Ho Chi Minh City. Based on that, some solutions to improve business administration curriculum in terms of designing and organizing were proposed. The method of description, survey, analysis, synthesization and comparison were used in this study to obtain the aim of the study.
