At present strategic management in the scientific literature is considered as “strategizing”. Particular attention is paid to strategizing in the implementation of innovation activity. The article clarifies the essential content of the concepts of “innovation strategy”, presents the technology for selecting scenarios for the innovative development of several organizations in the tourism and recreation sector.
