This article examines the confirmation of mobile phone ownership. We propose a model of digital certificates that can be used to programmatically check the lawful use of the device. The developed model combines device identification and proper identification of the owner in social networks. As a practical deployment and use cases we discuss an additional check for authorization of mobile users in various services (for example, financial applications).
