A mass marketing company is asking about the effect on work of selling concept change. Preventing Musculo Skeletal Disorders (MSD) is evocated and leads to an ergonomics intervention. The intervention, by discussing the report and analysis with all company operators, allows the design of a new tool for filling counters, furthermore this intervention permits to question the design project of concept change.
