Deskripsi
This work had as objective the in vitro evaluation of secondary metabolites of endophytes bacteria isolated from Lippia origanoides with antimicrobial activity against C. gloeosporioides and B. glumae. The samples were collected in the six locations of Department of Sucre. For the isolation of bacteria endophytes is used technical of disinfection surface of tissues, the density population is led to out by count on the surface of half of crop agar R2A. The isolated morphotypes were evaluated in terms of its ability to inhibit the mycelial growth of the fungus fitopatógeno C. gloeosporioides, through trials of confrontation and qualitative estimation and evaluated the antibacterial activity of B. glumae by the method of diffusion disk on agar. Three of the morphs of endophytes bacteria (P301, P102 and P105) total, showed inhibitory activity against B. glumae three endophytes bacterial strains showed inhibitory activity. These endophytes bacterial strains held them compounds extraction type secondary metabolites, were analyzed by testing of microdilutions in the Elisa reader. The results indicated that extract metabolic to the morphotype (P301) at a concentration of 70 inhibited the growth of the pathogenic bacterium B. glumae by 97, 36%. These results will enable future after evaluations in the field, the presence of a compound type secondary metabolite with possible inhibitory activity against the disease of bacterial blight of the panicle in rice in the Department of Sucre.
