The molecule of the title compound, C26H34O8, a prednisolone derivative, contains three six-membered rings (A, B and C) and one five-membered ring (D). Ring A is planar and rings B and C adopt chair conformations, while ring D adopts an envelope conformation with the C atom bonded to the methyl group at the flap.
