Coronary intervention in a previously placed Corevalve TAVI poses additional challenges, and performing a primary PCI that too to distal LMS lesion poses further additional challenges. Here we describe one such case and discuss the challenges posed and the techniques used to overcome these challanges to complete the procedure successfully.
