Deskripsi

By the combination of Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer and residual mass percentage, the stability of coal water slurry(CWS) with four different viscosities under different temperature(30℃~55℃) and the relationship between particle size of CWS and temperature were studied. The results show that coalescence between coal particles is the main factor caused deterioration of the stability of CWS.The higher the temperature is, the easier the occurrence of coalescence between coal particles and sedimentation are.In addition, the instability rate of CWS is expressed by the slope of the Turbiscan stability index(<i>TSI</i>) curve. The instability rate of CWS is increased with the increase of temperature.Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer can observe the instability process of samples rapidly and accurately at the beginning of instability, and realize the real-time analysis on the stability of CWS.
