Deskripsi
The complete mitochondrial genome of Vibidia duodecimguttata was sequenced and reported here. The circle genome of the leaf beetle is 19,627 bp in length. There are 38 sequence elements including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and a control region. With 1 species from Salpingidae as an outgroup phylogenetic relationships of 8 Coccinellidae species based on their mitogenomes indicated that V. duodecimguttata is closest to C. championorum.
