The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of supply chain integration (SCI), supply chain information sharing (IS) and supply chain performance (SCP). The result of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis, based on surveying 161 firms in HCMC and surrounding areas shows that supply chain integration and supply chain information sharing can explain 71% on variance of supply chain performance. This result also confirms supply chain integration has positive effect on information sharing. Finally, implications for managers and directions for future research are also discussed.
