The purpose of this research was to analyze factors that have impact on productivity management improvement in big cities. Reviewing literature indicates that optimizing solid waste transportation and technology, recycling waste and cultivating a culture of less garbage production among families, public training and health can be among the most important and influential variables, in this respect. Different types of data first and secondary and information , pilot study were collected and analyzed statistically. Testing hypotheses and research findings revealed the degree of significance and influence of each factor under study. In conclusion, applied and academic recommendations were suggested with regard to analytical information to municipality administrators and future researchers
