Deskripsi
The article reveals the role of Federal law 172- FZ in the development of local government in the Russian Federation, provides the reasons for the need of involvement of municipalities in the system of strategic planning, outlines the deficiencies in the system of state regulation of strategic policy at the local level. The author summarizes international experience in implementing of the strategic policy of the municipalities, identifies problems of implementing of the principles of strategic planning in the activities of local authorities.
