One of the key trends driving revolution in Industry 4.0 is digital society and economy. In this paper, weargue that the advancement of technology in Industry 4.0, which covers growth areas such as big data andmachine learning, cybersecurity, digital currencies, blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT) with expectedcreations of new job opportunities in the areas of Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Network Infrastructure andSoftware Development that can easily be done at home, has produced an ideal scenario in the context of jobopportunities for People with Disabilities (PWDs). Greater accessibility to education with help from assistivetechnology opens up a lot of opportunities for PWDs to enhance their knowledge in Industry 4.0.
