The article consists of comparative analysis of the artistic personality type and the effective entrepreneur’s features. It is based on characteristic of creative artists’ personality, Holland’s Theory of Career Choice and entrepreneur’s profile. The result of the comparison is the list of competences that are not typical for artists and are necessary to achieve business gain. There are four well known artists described to demonstrate the effects of artistic and entrepreneurial features integration.
