To the problems of design and manufacture high- cost,poor universality of the heavy duty and large travel motion mechanism at present,a new motion mechanism adopting belt drive system is proposed as the main driving type,and according to the reliability design and optimization design theory,the transverse vibration and reliability of key components of the drive system of belt drive system are researched.
