In view of problems of wide distribution and large amount of mine right, long registration time, difficult and complex management, the paper constructed management information system for mine right by use of Web development technology and information method combined with business requirements for mine right management of Shenhua Group. The system realizes information management, value management and declaration process management of mine right based on B/S architecture, and improves management level of mineral resources.
