Em meio a uma situação de conflito de uso de terras e águas na cidade, busca-se compreender os itinerários urbanos presentes nas trajetórias sociais e na memória coletiva de moradores da cidade de Porto Alegre. Investiga-se a relação entre seus sentimentos de enraizamento em seus territórios e o reconhecimento de sua pertença a esferas sociais mais amplas, como a Região Metropolitana e a Região Hidrográfica.<br>Amid a situation of conflict in the use of land and water in the urban environment, this study investigates the urban itineraries present in the social trajectories and the collective memory of Porto Alegre's inhabitants. It investigates the relation between the inhabitants sense of being rooted in their territories and the recognition of being part of wider social spheres, such as the Metropolitan Region and the Hydrographic Region.
