In this research, we deal with the warehouse re-location decision problem that is very difficult for managers and investors. The research is divided into 2 stages as follows: (1) warehouse location selection: we select the new location among four predetermined potential sites using pairwise comparison and weighted average algorithm for ranking; and (2) new warehouse layout design: the layout of the selected warehouse is based on space requirements of raw material, components, tools and facilities. We used a trial and error algorithm to develop warehouse layout options for selection and if the project is successful, the final layout will be selected between 2 proposed ones. And, this research has successfully provided Clipsal Vietnam with the final layout for relocating their master warehouse.
