Ibn-e-Khaldoon is hailed as one of the greatest writer, researcher and thinker in the discipline of Seerah writing. Although, he is also known and popular for his valuable work in the arena of history, Sociology, Politics and economics. However, Ibn-eKhaldoon, in his renowned books "kitab al-‘ibar" and "Muqaddamah" has researched life of Prophet of Islam (PBUH) in systematic and lucid manner. This research paper aims to explore the contributions of Ibn-e-Khaldoon as Seerah writer.
