<p>Research about malaria endemisity level was conducted at Palu border area from Februari to November 2006. This aims of this study were to know about malaria prevalence and parasite rate. Malariometric survey was taken in 458 children sample which are babies, pre school and elementry school. The Spleen Rate in 2 9 years old children and the Parasite Rate in 0  9 years old children for each area at Pantoloan, Petobo, Palupi and Watusampu are 0%. Based on this result, Pantoloan, Petobo, Palupi and Watusampu are called hypoendemic area and categorized as Low Prevalence Malaria.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keywords : Endemisity, Spleen Rate, Parasite Rate, hypoendemic, Low Prevalence, Malaria, Palu</p>
