Taking the construction of Changdu earthquake intensity quick report system in Tibet as an example，and comparing with the experience of foreign countries，this paper discusses the related problems from aspects of network density，communication transmission and construction cost，which can provide reference for the construction of other regions’earthquake intensity quick report system.
