In this commentary, the author makes an analysis of the Regulation 2015/1775 of the European Union, which regulates trade of seal products. To this purpose, she also analyzes the previously applicable legal regime, and the jurisprudence of the High Court of Justice of the EU and the positioning of the World Trade Organization on the subject as well.
