A German dermatologist Miesher initially described granulomatous chelitis. It is a rare disorder and is of interest to the Dentist, as it is characterized by non-remissive enlargement of one or both lips. We report a case of granulomatous chelitis in a 33 yr old woman who had presented with the features of granulomatous lesion of lip and gingiva.
