Dear Authors and Readers, Welcome to the 2024 Volume of the IEEE Open Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems (OJ-ITS). This marks my second year serving as the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of OJ-ITS. First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to all the active associate editors and reviewers who have devoted their valuable time to OJ-ITS and enabled the journal’s rapid growth.
