The purpose of this study was to explore the factor of Qana’ah using Spirituals Indigenous approach. The Open Ended Questionnaire in this study was used to find the forming factors and dimension of Qana’ah. A total of 259 respondents filled the Open Ended Questionnaire and found several aspects of the formation of Qana’ah, including accepting what they are and always grateful, Be Patient and Surrender, and always tried. From the aspect found, the next stage was developing instrument using a 5-choice Likert model. Then, the trial test was conducted with 150 respondents. The final results of this study found 3 aspect of Qana’ah through exploratory factor analysis, namely aspects of Accepting what is and Gratitude, aspects of Patience and Surrender, and aspects of Always Trying.
