Human being is a basic element of changing, and always involves in changing process. Since, positive and negative effects on changing process may emerge, it must be very well managed. While managing changing process, factors which constitute driving force of changing and those resisting changing emerge. In order to realize the change, it is necessary to transform the resistance to change into the driving force. Since the health sector where technology and expertise are practiced intensely, handles people and, change is frequently seen. Managers of health institutions must manage this process very well. Because this changing mostly affects society. Due to their duties and positions, nurses constitute an important element of the health change process, thus their participation in the change process should be ensured. Especially the executive nurses should play an important role in resistance of changing.
