Abstract The relationship between microgenia and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is well known. 27‐year‐old woman. She underwent a combination of Le Fort I with horseshoe osteotomies and mandibular distraction osteogenesis and genioplasty. She was satisfied with the aesthetics of her face, with an AHI of 7.8/h.
