The aim of this narrative review is to summarize the approaches and techniques for ultrasound-guided SCN block. Meanwhile, the evidence for the clinical use of SCN block is reviewed, based on relevant and recent literature. The authors expect this article to provide a reference point for the diagnosis and treatment of LBP.Keywords: superior cluneal nerve, ultrasound, low back pain
