Abstract In this report, we have introduced a novel technique for marsupialization treatment in a 50‐year‐old edentulous female patient with residual cysts in the mandibular bone. The clinical symptoms and para‐clinical founding in addition to the surgical procedure and post‐operative outcome have been discussed.
