According to the extension of coordination phenomena in general and/or especially in the supply chain issues, in this study it was attempted to by clarifyingthe components and dimension of coordination phenomenon, defineits meaning clearly. Researchers using three-step approach with an inductive method, grounded theory, studied the coordination concept and by the zigzag movement between automotive industry experts and literatures discoveredformulated it; In addition they determined the accuracy of the results by systematic data analysis. We categorized coordination phenomenon by bench marking with the paradigmatic model in 5 dimensions, 16 sub-dimensions and 57 characteristics.
