The suicide scenario in emergency psychology is presented as a theoretical and practical guide for the emergency and urgency psychologist who is about to bring support to family members and acquaintances in such delicate situations. The work is articulated through: 1) the rescuer’s perception of suicide; 2) the context factor; 3) the survivors; 4) the articulation of psychological intervention; 5) specific situations; 6) the emergency psychologist’s post-intervention reactions.
