To ensure a stronger involvement of the PNNK in the local development a biodiversity management programme is considered in his surrounding lands. The authors discuss about the content to be given to this programme. To guarantee his success they advise it to be considered in regional development planning, to respect the land tenure and administration realities and to have his perenniability ensured by national and regional institutions.
