Abstract Global weak solution for a nonlinear model with forth order nonlinearities and conserved quantities is considered. Assuming its initial value satisfies certain assumptions that are weaker than the sign condition, we derive a higher integrability estimate and an upper bound estimate about the space derivatives of its solutions and then prove that the equation has global weak solutions.
