In recent years, innovation has become one of the major tasks in healthcare sector aiming at obtaining patients’ satisfaction, which emphasizes on innovative work behavior of each caregiver. The research aims to assess factors affecting individual innovative behavior of health workers at NationalHospital of Odonto-Stomatology in Ho Chi Minh City following healthcare innovative program launched by Ministry of Health. Based on the results of previous studies, this research investigates the influence of transformational leadership on individual innovative behavior through self-efficacy, and work engagement. The results show a positive correlation between transformational leadership and individual innovative behavior.
