Microscopical examination showmicroabscess with many neutrophilous, eosonophilous in dermis papille and lymphocyte T, neutrophilous,eosinophilous infiltration. Disease pathogenesis is not knownand is considered type IgA complex illness. The effectivetreatment is done with dapsone and a free gluten diet.
